Indian Railways is preparing to launch a new premium Vande Bharat Sleeper Train between Bengaluru and Mumbai, and the proposed route is expected to pass through Guntakal, making it a major railway boost for the region.

Proposed Route

The train is expected to run on the traditional Udyan Express corridor through:

  • Yelahanka
  • Dharmavaram
  • Anantapur
  • Guntakal
  • Raichur
  • Kalaburagi (Gulbarga)
  • Solapur

  • Mumbai (CSMT)
