Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and handling billing, returns, and loyalty program support.
Operational Excellence: Managing daily store opening/closing, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and keeping the store clean.
Stock Management: Receiving inventory, arranging products, conducting audits to reduce shrinkage, and monitoring stock expiry (FIFO/FEFO).
Team Support: Assisting the Store Manager with staff coordination and achieving store-level sales targets.
Reporting: Updating daily sales reports and managing inventory data using POS software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
